LEARN A TRADE WHILE GETTING PAID!
Screen printing is an ever-evolving industry. Our company bolsters our capabilities by adding such things as digital printing, laser and knife cutting, LED and dome placement, and assembly. There are many career opportunities! For the right person, we offer training and cross-training in any number of positions.
Screen printer – conventional, UV, conductive inks! We do it all and you can too. If you’ve got “the touch”, an eye for quality, can follow instructions, and learn to troubleshoot, you might have what it takes to be a screen printer.
Digital press operator – it’s more computer than mechanical. You’ll be trained on the computer software used by the presses, standard operating procedures, manufacturing procedures, and quality standards. High energy is needed to tend 3 machines, be on your feet all day and on the move loading and unloading the beds. The nature of this position allows easy cross-training to knife and laser cutting, Pick & Place component placement, and CMM operation.
Assembler (QC) – visual inspection; electrical testing; assembly of graphics, adhesives, spacers, backers, etc.; machine and hand-crimping; soldering; the list goes on! Color and 20/20 eyesight required. Manual dexterity, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to quality are strongly recommended.
Design Engineer – Converting the customers’ desires into manufacturing reality. Color separation, membrane switch design, print generation, film output; everything needed for production to correctly manufacture our customers’ products. Experience with AutoCad, Illustrator, Gerber, PCB design, and/or a basic understanding of manufacturing would be helpful.
Ink mixer – you’ll use color theory and a spectrophotometer to custom blend inks for screen printing. Precision recordkeeping and organization a must!
Screen maker – from stretching the silk mesh onto the frames to exposing the image, your day would be a mixed bag of activities. Very good eyesight and accurate filing required.
