Engineering/Prepress Supervisor
Position Summary:
The Engineering/Prepress Supervisor is responsible for managing engineering/prepress graphic design operations to obtain efficiency and economy of operations within the department, and adherence to ISO requirements and company policies and procedures. They also analyze engineering operations and procedures and recommend changes while coordinating with Quality, Production, and Sales management. Establish priorities and direct labor distribution in the most efficient manner to ensure deadlines are met. Identify employees’ strengths and weaknesses; coach and train; promote growth and learning; encourage skills expansion and cross training.
Essential Job Functions:
- Direct daily activities and prioritize work for Prepress Graphic Design employees (2 to 3 employees)
- Ensure the design of products meets customers’ standards and specifications while designing for manufacturing, heeding equipment/process limitations and tolerances.
- Coordinate, monitor, and track flow of engineering jobs; forecast work and proactively identify potential problems in workflow to ensure deadlines are met.
- Coach, instruct, and train direct reports to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance to policy and procedure.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers on status of jobs and any issues pertaining orders.
- Perform the same work duties as direct reports and perform more difficult skilled tasks or assist in their performance.
- Plan and implement processes to improve accuracy and efficiency as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Answer questions about orders, processes, and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Education: 2-year or 4-year degree in electrical engineering, printing technology, prepress graphic design, or related field.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of engineering or prepress design experience with membrane switches and at least 2 years of prior supervisory or leadership experience in a related field required.
Required Skills:
- Membrane switch design
- Knowledge of prepress color separation for screen printing.
- Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, especially with Adobe Illustrator and AutoCAD. RIP software knowledge preferred.
- Electrical engineering aptitude and experience preferred.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Able to adapt quickly to changes in workload and projects.
Physical Requirements:
Performing the duties of this job regularly require the employee to sit for extended periods; work on a computer, view monitor, type for extended periods; stand and walk periodically; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance. Specific abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
Salary Range: $60,000-$75,000
Sales Manager – Membrane Switches
Position Summary:
As a supplier to nearly 500 OEM manufacturers worldwide, Technomark is internationally recognized as a leading single-source provider of Electroluminescent Lighting, membrane switches, conductive printing, graphic overlays, rubber keypads, touch screens and LED panels.
Technomark is seeking a talented Sales Manager with experience selling membrane switches, graphic overlays and EL products to join our team! You will be key to increasing our existing customer sales and creating new customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and service.
Responsibilities:
- Build productivity, trust and relationships with customers.
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on Technomark’s products.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
- Identify and contact prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing customers and attending trade shows and conferences
- Help customers select products based on the customer’s needs, product specifications and regulations.
- Answer customers’ questions regarding pricing, availability and product use.
- Follow-up with customers to make sure they are satisfied with their purchase, and answer any questions or concerns
Education and Experience:
- 3-5 years of demonstrated sales experience with membrane switches, graphic overlays and EL products.
- Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
- Must be able to build good relationships with clients and with other members of the management team.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Must be confident when making sales presentations.
- Must maintain confidence and composure when making calls to potential customers who are not expecting to be contacted (cold calling).
- Two-year Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with a major in Sales and Marketing preferred

Salary Range: $60,000 – $100,000 base + commission
Customer Service Associate
Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional individual to provide exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Associate, you will coordinate activities between production management, sales managers, engineering, and customers. You will respond to inquiries regarding prospective, current, and past orders, assist with production schedules, and keep customers informed about the status of their jobs.
This is an office-focused role with direct customer interaction, not a high-volume phone support role. Our ideal candidate will have Business-to-Business (B2B) experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and a keen eye for detail.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay range: Min $18.00 to Max $22.00
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers about order requirements, production schedules, and product specifications.
- Enter customer purchase orders into JobBOSS database.
- Handle inquiries about job status, estimates, orders, changes, and complaints.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff. Respond to basic questions about the company and products.
- Welcome and assist visitors, directing or announcing them as needed.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries from couriers.
- Maintain security by monitoring procedures and controlling access.
- Manage appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain the master calendar.
- Perform daily and weekly filing and assist with annual file purges.
- Keep Sales Managers updated on customer job status and potential issues.
- Process and analyze reports on daily sales and shipping schedules.
- Coordinate completion of customer forms and surveys.
- Keep management informed of both positive and negative customer feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong work planning and scheduling skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Ability to respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries and projects.
- Resourceful and proactive in addressing complex issues.
- Highly organized, able to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Comfortable in a manufacturing environment where ink smells may occasionally be noticeable.
- Heightened visual awareness and careful attention to detail, to identify critical elements in products and documentation.
- Present a professional appearance.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires regular sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods. Employees must be able to lift and carry up to 15 lbs., handle multiple files at once, and bend or kneel to access filing areas. The role also requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate a computer and standard office equipment, along with the ability to view information on a screen or paper for long periods (with vision correctible to 20/20). As an industrial printing environment, employees should have a tolerance for occasional exposure to smells from inks and related products.
